We are a small team of dedicated, hardworking chartered building surveyors based in Newcastle, and working throughout the UK. We are dedicated to making commercial construction and refurbishment more sustainable and want to develop this alongside more ‘traditional’ services over the coming years.

As part of a small team you will enjoy our ‘flat structure’, friendly and open communications, varied portfolio of commercial properties and the chance to make a difference to our clients. You’ll be put to work early on and encouraged to learn on the job, alongside our experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, ready to offer their support and advice.

If you are looking for an apprenticeship or trainee role or recently graduated with a relevant foundation degree, we would like to hear from you.

We want to help develop the next generation of chartered building surveyors and offer:

• The chance to start, progress or complete your apprenticeship or training, on the job.
• The opportunity to join a team with other experienced Chartered Building Surveyors offering support, learning and advice.
• Bespoke Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training programme to suit the candidate.
• Assessment Professional Competence Supervisor and Counsellor in the office and part of the working team.
• You’d be encouraged and expected to contribute to what we offer our clients and be recognised for your efforts.

There are other routes into the profession, besides the RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, so please look at https://www.ricscourses.org/

We would consider applications from graduates who are studying for an MSc Building Surveying. The Northumbria University programme, for example, offers the flexibility of distance learning alongside full-time employment.
