Matthew Handley

Graduate Building Surveyor

We are delighted that Matthew joined us as a graduate building surveyor in March 2024.

Matthew completed his building surveying degree in 2022, as part of an apprenticeship programme, achieving a 2:1 from University College Estate Management.

Alongside studying for his degree, Matthew worked full time for a large international multi-disciplinary surveying practice. Matthew is now working to complete his apprenticeship and become chartered.

Matthew’s apprenticeship programme has already given him six years of experience working in all aspects of building surveying and through this, he has an excellent practical approach which is invaluable to our team and supporting our clients projects and goals.

Out of the office, Matthew loves to play golf and also enjoys travelling and exploring new places, especially city breaks.
