One of the most rewarding aspects of our job is to repair and refurbish buildings so that they are useful and perform as a rewarding and valuable asset for occupiers and owners into the future.
We have considerable experience of Contract Administration work and bring our knowledge to all projects. We know how buildings can be repaired and improved cost effectively, in compliance with current standards and trends, and this puts us in a stronger position to deliver what you want.
We begin by working with you to develop a brief for what work is needed. This is then turned into a detailed set of schedules, drawings and reference documents to create a tender package. We manage the process from tendering and contracting with an appropriate building contractor, right the way through to the completion. We remain your single point of contact throughout. Our experience will reduce the risks involved and ensure that the contract terms are fulfilled.
