Method Building Consultancy

Hello and welcome to Method Building Consultancy. We launched in January 2021 to serve the commercial property sector nationwide, with a team of experienced Chartered Buildings Surveyors and a Property Lawyer.

We provide a full range of building surveying and consultancy services to commercial clients large and small. We enjoy working with clients from all sectors, industries and walks of life and provide commercially minded advice to help you maximise your property assets and investments. We understand that you, as property owners and investors need to make key decisions, quickly. We discuss any findings with you immediately, followed up by thorough documentation.

Like you, we care about the environment, so we always welcome the chance to work on renovation and refurbishment of older buildings, rather than new builds. We are growing our network of sustainable contractors and suppliers and can suggest a wide range of solutions, now and for the future.
